We strive to provide great service and the best products free from defects. If you receive the wrong item, your purchase is damaged or you are unsatisfied with your order, let us know at email@example.com. We’ll be happy to work with you to replace or refund your purchase.
How ShopCanoeing.com Works
We partner with original equipment and gear manufacturers to expedite and fulfill your orders. When you purchase items from ShopCanoeing.com, we handle the transaction and customer service, and the manufacturer takes care of the shipping. Orders are processed by Canoeing.com within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday.

Our Standard shipping rates apply only to the lower 48 states and Canada. To inquire about international shipping, shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, or priority shipping, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 612-812-8245 (M-F, 8-4pm CST). Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
CARRIERS AND DELIVERY
Standard shipping is via U.S. First Class mail, FedEx and UPS Ground. Most in-stock orders ship in 3-5 days, time in transit varies. Special order products (including paddles and canoes) may require extra time. If extra shipping time is required, it will be noted on the product description page. Purchases placed through ShopCanoeing.com are shipped by the original manufacturer unless otherwise noted on the product description page. The shipping carrier, rates and delivery times are subject to the manufacturer’s shipping policies and location. Contact email@example.com for more information.
Shipping rates for standard ground delivery within the United States and Canada are determined at checkout through ShopCanoeing.com. Shipping rates will vary depending upon the total weight of order and destination.

You may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days. Receipt must be included. Items may be exchanged for size, color or style, or returned for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and less a 20% restocking fee. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after 30 days.
Contact email@example.com prior to all returns to ensure proper and efficient handling. Use the following procedure for all returns and exchanges:
1. Initiate the Return
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize a return or exchange prior to shipping items to the manufacturer. Include your contact information in case a follow up conversation is needed. If you send an item back to the manufacturer without contacting email@example.com first, we will not know to issue a refund.
2. Ship the items to be returned
Once the return process has been initiated with Canoeing.com, mail unworn items in their original packaging to the manufacturer. See below for shipping addresses or contact firstname.lastname@example.org to determine the appropriate shipping address:

3. Watch for your refund
Once receipt of the items has been confirmed, Canoeing.com will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping and less a 20% restocking fee, within 30 days. The refund will be credited to your original credit card account. See refund policy above for qualification details.
